Greatest Running Back Of All Time- Walter Payton

The greatest running back of all time in my eyes is Walter Payton. Walter Payton was the first round pick of the 1975 NFL draft. Walter quickly established himself as a superstar within his first season as a professional football player. Walter Payton was also known as "Sweetness" because of his smooth running and how easy he made it look and also because of his attitude off the field. Walter retired as an all-time leader in rushing, combined net yards. In his entire career he had a total of 16,726 yards, 110 TD's rushing, 492 receptions for 4,538 yards; 21,803 combined net yards, and a total of 125 receiving touchdowns. Walter also went  All-Pro seven times and  played in nine pro bowls and had 77 games over 100 yards rushing.
Born July 25,1954, in Columbia, Mississippi and he died November 1, 1999, at age of 45.

My Favorite Team

The Seattle Seahawks  are my favorite team in the entire NFL. The team dominates in all aspects of the game and have a very unique way of getting the win. The Seattle Seahawks head man in charge on the field is the dual threat quarterback Russell Wilson. He is known for his skill to move the ball down the field . He is able to get that ball to his receivers, and when being blitzed he is likely to see and open hole and avoid being sacked because of his speed. The Seattle Seahawks defense is very quick and physical and their defensive scheme is ran by the three men you see in the picture above Kam Chancellor, Richard Sherman, and Earl Thomas. Richard Sherman is able to lock up any and every superstar receiver in the league, Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas are in the backfield to clean up the mess and lay a hit on anyone that breaks loose. And with the team overall can probably be rated as the fastest team in the NFL. This explains why they won the superbowl last year and have a great chance at taking it all the way again for a second time in a row.
The NFL is a league full of amazing athletes and 32 teams all on the same mission. The mission is to get a rind at the end of the season by winning the superbowl. In the National Football League there are a large variety of superstars and their role on the team specifically lead, and make plays to benefit their teams. The ultimate goal is to have a winning record and most of all be champions at the end of the road to the superbowl.
